KBB Capital is a boutique property finance brokerage in Buckinghamshire. I founded it to give investors and developers what I'd want myself: one person who understands the deal, knows the lenders, and stays with it until it completes.

I've spent over twenty years across underwriting, business development and broking. That means I read every deal the way a lender reads it, and I know what a credit committee needs to see before it says yes.

My lender relationships go beyond panel access. Some of them are exclusive, which can open up funding others can't reach.
