Build
Development exit finance: time to sell well.
Repay your development loan once the build is finished, cut your interest costs, and sell at the right price rather than in a hurry.

Who it's for
Developers at or near practical completion whose development loan is due, or whose units are taking longer to sell than planned.
What it's used for
- Repaying expensive development finance once the build is complete
- Giving you time to sell units without discounting
- Releasing some of the profit to start your next scheme
How it works
A development exit loan is a short-term bridge on a finished or nearly finished scheme. Because the build risk has gone, it's usually cheaper than development finance. You repay it as units sell, or refinance onto a longer-term loan if you decide to keep and let them.
What Bridget needs from you
Your current loan balance and redemption date, the completion certificate or expected date, sales values and any reservations, and your plan for each unit.
